Our Simple Repair Process
We understand how important your espresso machine is — one’s morning coffee ritual shall not be impeded! Our repair process is designed to take the uncertainty out of what can often be a stressful situation. We believe in helping you understand the issues your machine is facing, providing a clear and accurate quote for it’s repair, and then meeting or exceeding your expectations.
DiagnosisThe best way for us to determine what issues your machine is experiencing is by bench testing it. We’ll first run the machine exactly as you do in order to duplicate the issues you’re reporting, and then we’ll open the machine up for a thorough inspection of all the internal systems in order to form a detailed summary of what repairs are needed. This initial diagnosis is free, and no appointment is needed.
QuoteAfter the bench testing is done we’ll contact you with a detailed quote for repairs before proceeding with any work. We rely on our years of experience with these machines to determine exactly what’s needed to return to you a machine that’s not only working perfectly but will continue to do so for many years to come. It is very rare for the repair cost to exceed the original quote.
RepairOnce you’ve given us the go-ahead to complete the repair, the machine is usually finished, tested and ready to go within 24-48 hours. All repairs are backed by a 90-day parts & labor warranty, and if the machine develops a new issue outside of that window we’re still going to do our best to help you with minimal added cost. We aren’t happy until you’re happy (and caffeinated)!

Which espresso machine brands and models do you work on?
We specialize in home/consumer espresso machines — both “super-automatic” machines that the beans and brew espresso at the push of a button, as well as the more traditional “semi-automatic” machines that require a separate grinder and a little more finesse on the part of the user. The most common brands we service are De’Longhi, Saeco, Gaggia, Rancilio, Solis, Ascaso and Baratza, but if you’ve got a machine that isn’t on that list (and isn’t on our “brands we don’t work on” list below), drop us a line and we’ll let you know how we can help.
